Meet Sourpuss.

This is Sourpuss’s own page — one of the community cats of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, with a photo, a story, and the spot where this cat is usually seen. Every cat here is looked after through Trap-Neuter-Return or found a home through adoption. When you’re done, the button at the end takes you to all of them.

Furry Sourpuss stands out

SOURPUSS

Recognized pretty easily because his tail is black and furry, which is distinct from all the other Tabbies in his colony.

General location — watch from a distance & don’t feed the cats!

Type:Brown and black medium-length coat Tabby with green eyes
Sex:Unaltered male of unknown age
Status:Community Cat

• Fantastical Fib: He used to be a dogwalker in Market Common to make extra cash while working on three certifications at Horry-Georgetown Technical College (HGTC).
• Truth: Sourpuss is a handsome fella and knows it. And COTB knows it’s time to get him fixed before he fathers another litter.

At this time it is illegal to feed the cats at the boardwalk. City ordinance 14-315-e
